Genesis LXG

A former NBA player (Los Angeles Clippers(New Jersey Nets) has always been a lyrically gifted artist who made his debut in highschool on the Stretch Armstrong and Bobito WKCR show. Discovered by Reggie Osse former lawyer for Sean puffy Combs, he was then in meetings with P Diddy, Atlantic Records and Def Jam. Opting to take a full athletic scholarship instead of an offer with Bad Boy Records, Genesis LXG excelled and soon signed with the Los Angeles Clippers. After being released he was then assigned to the NBDL in SC. It was there he began to record again. He caught the ear of the head programmer of the top radio show in South Carolina, his single "Jump Off N**gas" was in heavy rotation. Upon his return to NY he was signed by the New Jersey Nets. Once again he was forced to make a decision between his true love (music) and basketball. However Genesis LXG left to pursue a career in Europe. Upon returning Genesis LXG reunited with highschool friend Vast Aire of (Cannibal OX) the seller of over 100,000 records, and together they formed L.X.G.
