(San Jose, California) Hip Hop artist Mayhem The Don announces his first solo debut, Diary of Hustle Simmons, available December 28, 2010, released on his Untouchable Entertainment record label. Fresh new lyrics that paint a vivid picture of humanistic attributes, the beautiful and the ugly, are found in these fifteen original songs.
On Thursday, December 23, 2010, Mayhem the Don will be hosting his Record Release Party for Diary of Hustle Simmons at Toons Nightclub in downtown San Jose, California. It will be a great show for a greater cause. Mayhem will be giving back to his community by using a portion of the proceeds to purchase toys from the children’s wish list this Christmas at the San Jose Family Shelter (1590 Las Pumas Avenue, San Jose 95133).
This philanthropic endeavor is a significant illustration of how Mayhem is contributing to the construction of a better world for those going through tough times. “It’s important for the children to feel the joy of the holiday season, even for one day.” says Mayhem who had family members who found refuge in this shelter.
